─ The Story

In a very distant land, there had once been many different Clans. They had thrived, with territory sprawling from the forests to the mountains - even twoleg cities had been their home. However, disaster always finds a way to strike. One by one, the Clans had begun to fall until only a handful were left, but even these weren’t safe. Silently, an attack by a group of rogues known as The Wraiths had begun, and soon the remaining Clans had fallen.

Those that could escape fled far away, beginning a journey that lasted many moons. They picked up new cats along the way - cats that didn’t know of the old lands. Wherever they went, The Wraiths followed, hunting them down and chasing them even further away. Then, just as the cats were wondering how much longer they needed to run, StarClan intervened. StarClan led the cats to a new land, and gave them the blessing of the Moon Oasis. Though the threat of The Wraiths still lingered in the shadows, they could finally settle down again.

The cats split into three groups. The first of which went to the Northeast, where they settled in a series of rock outcroppings near hot springs and became known as CinderClan. The second went North, just West of CinderClan, and made camp in a cave system behind a waterfall, becoming MistClan. The third and final group went Southeast through the swamp, finding comfort in the hollow of a tree, and became HollowClan.
