This past moon had been unbelievably brutal. Everyone was tried and hungry, if not injured. Not only had they been run out of their home, but the torment continued to follow them. Gladiolusdawn had been lucky with his long coat, keeping him warmer then others he had taken on more work to let the others rest. Even now, most of the cats had gone down to rest and keep one another warm. Having been up before the sun he got a headstart on hunting and managed to snag a good couple of birds to bring back to the group. Having taken most of it to the catch to the elders and queens he had made sure to pick out one from the bunch. 

With the catch in his jaw he made his way though the crowds until he hunted down his target. Agatemurmur. Since this had all happened she had been working tirelessly to look after everyone, and so few stopped to check in on her. He wasn't about to let her efforts go unnoticed. Afterall she had helped him out when they had a run in with a Wraith. Waiting for a good moment he cleared his throat around the bird before he set it down a couple of tail lengths away from the medicine cat. "I saved you some of this morning catch, you look like you could use a little bit of a break." he mused softly, not sure if she was deep in thought or anything. Last thing he wanted to do was give her a good scare.
